The Brick Museum in Karpacz is open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, including Sundays and public holidays. Any exceptions are published on our homepage.
There is no time limit for visiting. The only time restriction is our opening hours.
The visiting time depends on personal interest. On average, guests need between 30 minutes and 1 hour for one museum.
To visit our museum you need approximately 45 minutes. We encourage you to arrive well before our closing time.
In the same building as the Brick Museum there is also the Video Game Museum. A ticket can be purchased separately for each museum or as a combined discounted package for both (the so-called multi-ticket).
Yes, photos of all exhibitions are allowed. We encourage you to share photos with the hashtag #muzeumklockowkarpacz. Please however refrain from creating a full audiovisual documentation of the entire exposition.
Small animals carried in arms or on a leash are always welcome. Medium and large dogs unfortunately cannot enter the museum.
The museum does not have its own car park. The building is located on the main street, where there are numerous parking spaces.
We do not run advance reservations for individual visitors. Tickets are sold on the spot. Reservation is required only for organised groups (min. 16 persons).
Yes, we accept card payments.
Absolutely. Our museum is designed so that everyone – regardless of age – has a great time (from 0 to 100 years old).
Unfortunately no – the layout of our space does not allow movement with a pushchair. Guests can leave the pushchair at the shop counter.
No, you explore the museum independently. We put buttons and joysticks at your disposal to bring the exhibitions to life yourselves.

No. We are a private entity. We have created a friendly price list designed to benefit large families.
Of course. The invoice will be printed on the spot. IMPORTANT: the wish to receive an invoice must be stated before making the purchase!
